After shipping made, Our sales person will send you tracking number of your merchandise.
Typically, packages are delivered within 1-2 business days according your request. If we are sizing or modifying your order after purchase, please allow an additional 2-5 business days before shipping.
The packages will not be addressed from SJD Gold & Diamond for security purposes. It should be in name from SJD SJD or SJD GND or Naushad Nooruddin. We will not ship your shipment until you have replied back to us to confirm you will be available to sign for/accept the package on the scheduled delivery date.
Each piece from SJD Gold & Diamond is photographed and documented before shipping and is packaged with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery. If your package arrives and your item is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours via email shipping@sjdgnd.com
Please make sure all merchandise received according your invoice or not. If you received short merchandise, please keep video recording of it and take photos. And keep all proof of packages with it’s bags. Don’t trash it.
If you'd like to make an online purchase, but would prefer to pick it up in our showroom, let us know as we are happy to arrange a pickup time during our business hours. At checkout, mention the "Pick Up" option. Once your payment clears, we will contact you to let you know your purchase is ready to pick up.
